4. Delete your Google account on the device, reboot your phone and re-add your Google account in Settings> Accounts> Add Account> Google Account .

Problem

1. Go to Settings> Apps> All.
2. Scroll down and select Google Play Store .
3. Tap Force stop> Uninstall updates .
